Below is a description of the types of information that may be collected when you visit or use our Sites:

Personal Information Provided By You

We do not require you to register or submit personally identifiable information ("PII") in order to visit the Sites. Some activities on the Sites cannot be performed without providing PII, however. For example, to participate in an activity, to setup an account or profile page or to make a donation or payment, we will require you to disclose some PII (such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and in regard to a donation or payment, credit card information). We do not knowingly collect sensitive PII, such as information about medical or health conditions. We do not collect any PII about you on our Sites unless you choose to provide it to us voluntarily. The PII you provide will be used by Hubworthy in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can choose not to provide us with certain PII, but then you may not be able to use all of the services and products offered on the Sites.

Personally Identifiable Information Provided on Behalf of Organizations

If you create an account on behalf of an Organization (each an "Organization"), we will collect a variety of information, which may include the name, email address, birthday and phone number of the person who establishes the Organization’s account, and such person will be designated the Organization contact person. We will also collect a variety of information about the Organization, which may also include name, billing address, etc.

Information Collected by Automated Means

We collect certain information by automated means when you visit the Sites. This information may include usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of users to the Site, pages visited and similar data. If gathered, this data is used in the aggregate, and not in a manner that is intended to identify you personally. This aggregate information helps Hubworthy determine general usage patterns and make changes to the Sites in order to improve your experience. This type of aggregate information may be shared with third parties at any time. We collect this information through various means such as "cookies," "web beacons" and IP addresses, as further explained below.

Cookies - A cookie is a piece of information that a web server may place on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies are commonly used by websites to improve the user experience. Many cookies last only through a single website session, or visit. Others may have an expiration date, or may remain on your computer until you delete them. We may use cookies for a number of purposes - for example, to maintain continuity during a user session, to gather data about the usage of our website for research and other purposes, to store your preferences for certain kinds of information and marketing offers, or to store a user name or encrypted identification number so that you do not have to provide this information every time you return to our Sites. Most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable existing cookies. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all the features on our Sites. Our cookies do not gather PII. In some cases, Hubworthy may also use another company to operate web servers for our Sites. Hubworthy uses the cookie information gathered by these companies in the same manner as stated in this Privacy Policy.

Web Beacons - Certain pages on our Sites contain "web beacons" (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). These web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the type of browser used to view the page, and the information in cookies set by the third party. Web beacons also may be used to track whether you have opened an HTML email. When the email is opened, a part of the code that makes up the HTML page calls a web server to load the web beacon that then generates a record showing that the email has been viewed. Web beacons may also recognize when the email was opened, how many times it was forwarded and which URLs (links within the email) were clicked.

IP Addresses - When you visit and interact with any of the Sites, Hubworthy and third parties with whom we have contracted to provide services for us may collect Internet Protocol addresses (each an "IP Address"). An IP Address is a unique identifier number that certain electronic devices use to identify and to communicate with each other on the Internet; an IP Address is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider. When you visit our Sites, we may view the IP address of the device you use to connect to the Internet. We use this information to determine the general physical location of the device and understand from what regions of the world our website visitors come. Worthy Brands, LLC also may use this information to enhance our Sites or for other lawful purposes.

Information Collected from Email Communications

When you send an email to Hubworthy, we may retain your email address and the contents of the email you send. When you invite others to join our Sites, or otherwise get involved or interact with our Sites, Hubworthy will send an email to those who you have invited to join or otherwise interact with our Sites. Additionally, if you send an email to an email address via the functionality provided on our Sites, we will retain the email address.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

From time to time, we may also ask you to provide us with non-PII, which is data that is not intended to allow us to identify you personally, such as your first name, birthday or zip code. Your non-PII may be aggregated and used for our internal purposes or for creating reports for third-party advertisers and partners, or otherwise shared with third parties for any lawful purpose, without your permission. No third party is intended to be able to know who you are as a result of the use of your non-PII.
