Below is a description of the types of information that may be collected when you visit or use our Sites:
If you create an account on behalf of an Organization (each an "Organization"), we will collect a variety of information, which may include the name, email address, birthday and phone number of the person who establishes the Organization’s account, and such person will be designated the Organization contact person. We will also collect a variety of information about the Organization, which may also include name, billing address, etc.
We collect certain information by automated means when you visit the Sites. This information may include usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of users to the Site, pages visited and similar data. If gathered, this data is used in the aggregate, and not in a manner that is intended to identify you personally. This aggregate information helps Hubworthy determine general usage patterns and make changes to the Sites in order to improve your experience. This type of aggregate information may be shared with third parties at any time. We collect this information through various means such as "cookies," "web beacons" and IP addresses, as further explained below.
Web Beacons - Certain pages on our Sites contain "web beacons" (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). These web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the type of browser used to view the page, and the information in cookies set by the third party. Web beacons also may be used to track whether you have opened an HTML email. When the email is opened, a part of the code that makes up the HTML page calls a web server to load the web beacon that then generates a record showing that the email has been viewed. Web beacons may also recognize when the email was opened, how many times it was forwarded and which URLs (links within the email) were clicked.
IP Addresses - When you visit and interact with any of the Sites, Hubworthy and third parties with whom we have contracted to provide services for us may collect Internet Protocol addresses (each an "IP Address"). An IP Address is a unique identifier number that certain electronic devices use to identify and to communicate with each other on the Internet; an IP Address is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider. When you visit our Sites, we may view the IP address of the device you use to connect to the Internet. We use this information to determine the general physical location of the device and understand from what regions of the world our website visitors come. Worthy Brands, LLC also may use this information to enhance our Sites or for other lawful purposes.
When you send an email to Hubworthy, we may retain your email address and the contents of the email you send. When you invite others to join our Sites, or otherwise get involved or interact with our Sites, Hubworthy will send an email to those who you have invited to join or otherwise interact with our Sites. Additionally, if you send an email to an email address via the functionality provided on our Sites, we will retain the email address.
From time to time, we may also ask you to provide us with non-PII, which is data that is not intended to allow us to identify you personally, such as your first name, birthday or zip code. Your non-PII may be aggregated and used for our internal purposes or for creating reports for third-party advertisers and partners, or otherwise shared with third parties for any lawful purpose, without your permission. No third party is intended to be able to know who you are as a result of the use of your non-PII.
We may use the PII and non-PII information or data collected for a number of purposes, as described below.
We may send you important administrative or transactional information regarding our Sites or related to your use of the Sites. Because this information may be important to you – or we may be required to share such information with you – in some instances you may not be offered an opportunity to "opt out" of receiving these communications.
We process information to comply with your requests and respond to your inquiries. If you contact us by email through the Sites, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and use it to respond to you.
We may also use and share your information for our internal and external business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, and other purposes. Other purposes may include:

These other sites may have their own privacy policies and/or terms of service or use, which we strongly suggest you review before you conduct a payment transaction or visit or use any linked websites in order that you can make an informed decision as to whether you want to provide information to these other sites. We are not responsible for the content or information of these sites, any products or services that may be offered through these sites, or any other use of the linked sites.

If PII you have submitted through any of the Sites is no longer accurate, or you wish to make any updates or changes, you may do so by logging into the account you have created. If you do not have an account with us, you can request that we make the changes by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon appropriate request we will update or amend your information, but we reserve the right to use information obtained previously to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate and lawful. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please note we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, and there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed from such locations. We may, from time to time, reach out to former users of the Sites. Finally, we are not responsible for removing or deleting information from the databases of third parties (such as service providers) with whom we have shared information about you.
While no website can guarantee security, Hubworthy maintains appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your PII. Hubworthy protects its databases with various physical, technical and procedural measures and we restrict access to such PII. Hubworthy does not guarantee that any information you provide will not be intercepted by a third party during transmission over any public networks or otherwise. You bear the risk of communicating with us electronically, and we are not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.
We are strongly committed to preserving online privacy for all visitors of our Sites, including children. Our Sites are general audience websites, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or provide services to children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you while accessing our Sites.
